14-Day Return Window

You have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalised/custom products

  • Perishable goods

  • Health & hygiene products (if seal is broken)

  • Digital goods (once downloaded or accessed)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide:

  • A replacement

  • Or a full refund

  • And cover return shipping costs

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photo/video evidence.

Return Shipping

  • For unwanted items, customers are responsible for return postage.

  • For faulty/incorrect items, Arulux.Shop covers all return costs.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days to your original payment method.
